An allowed Convenience Class claim is an allowed general unsecured claim that is $600 or less in amount or has been voluntarily reduced to $600 by the holder in order to qualify as a Convenience claim. Each creditor had the opportunity to opt into the Convenience Class when they voted on the Plan. On July 2, 2004, in accordance with the Plan, the Trustee made full and complete payment on the allowed Convenience Class claims.
